This warranty covers the purchase of second-hand laptops at Smarttsale and is designed to provide peace of mind to provide peace of mind

to our customers. The terms of the warranty are detailed below.

– Warranty Duration :

The Warranty has a maximum duration of three (3) months from the date of purchase.

– Warranty Coverage :

The Warranty covers any manufacturing defects and problems related to the normal operation of the laptop during the warranty period. 

This does not include batteries.

– warranty exclusions :

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence  or unauthorized modification of the product.

No warranty  is provided for issues related to unauthorized software or operating system modifications.

– Claim procedure :

To claim the guarantee, the customer must open a user account, number and payment receipt.

The costumer  must contact our customer service to star the claim process.

– Solutions under the guarantee :

If the laptop is determined to have a warranty-covered defect, a free repair or replacement of the product  will be offered, at Smarttsale discretion.

– limitations :

The warranty does not extend beyond what is established in these terms and conditions.

Smarttsale reserves the right to make changes to the warranty terms at any time as it deems  necessary.
